Flash crash issue is now fixed!

We're glad to inform you that the loading and flash crashing issues have been fixed! Please make sure that you update your browsers to the latest versions: 

• Google Chrome 
• Mozilla Firefox

Update as of March 24, 2016, 5:55 AM PDT 

The update for Flash  (v. 21.0.0.197)  has been released on March 23, 2016! This new version would fix the loading and Shockwave flash issues for Mozilla Firefox users once downloaded.

We know many players prefer Google Chrome and we are awaiting the release of a new version with the flash update. Rest assured that we will keep you posted once it is available.

We’ve been receiving multiple reports from our players about frequent Shockwave Flash crashes and slow game-play using the latest version of Google Chrome.

Both Google Chrome and Shockwave flash received an update on March 10th. This update could be interfering with our code-base, resulting in performance issues. Though this could happen on any browser, it is more prevalent with Google Chrome than others.

While our team investigates a fix, we highly recommend the following for you to return to your game and have a smoother game-play experience:

Option 1: Clear your Flash CachePlease visit this page and clear your Flash Cache by clicking on "Delete All Sites". 

 

Option 2: Use Mozilla Firefox Browser instead of Google Chrome and install a more stable version of Shockwave Flash on Mozilla Firefox:Install and use the latest version of Mozilla Firefox browser to play FarmVille 2. Please click HERE for a direct link to download and install Mozilla Firefox.

Once you’ve installed and opened Mozilla Firefox, please follow the steps below to install a more stable version of Shockwave Flash:

1.     Choose one of the links below to download a stable version based on your computer's operating system:

Windows  PC  
Mac OS X 10.6 - 10.11

2.     Click on “Save File” to save the installer file.

3.     Press Ctrl + J and click on the file name as shown in the screen shot below to open and Run the Adobe Installer.

  

4.     Once the installation is complete, please try reloading FarmVille 2 on Mozilla Firefox.
